Building Energy Saving Ordinance (BESO)

BESO requires building owners and homeowners to complete and publicly report comprehensive energy assessments to uncover energy saving opportunities. At HabEnergy Systems, we work with the City of Berkeley to help building owners fulfill their compliance requirements. As part of BESO, we submit Energy Benchmarking as well as ASHRAE Level I and II Energy Audit reports for various clients.

Existing Commercial Buildings Energy Performance Ordinance

Existing commercial buildings in San Francisco with equal or more than 10,000 square feet of conditioned space that is heated or cooled is required energy performance ordinance which is Energy Auditing and Benchmarking.
